We are currently looking for an event coordinator, someone to head up planning PTO events for the 2011-2012 school year. If you are interested or have any suggestions for next year, please contact us!

  • 9/6/2011 PTO Meeting Open House starts at MES at 5pm tonight. PTO Meeting begins at 6:30pm. The agenda is available here. I've been told that the Book Fair will be open after the PTO meeting for parents who want to buy some things for their kids.

  • MES Supply Lists posted Any supply lists that were sent to us by Menlo teachers have been posted. As parents, we hadn't seen some of these on the county lists so please pay special attention so that your child is not without the necessary materials when school begins!The supply list is here.

  • 2011 PTO Planning Meeting We will be hosting a meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, July 20th at Menlo Elementary School. The meeting information and agenda is posted on our Google calendar and Facebook Page.Per the current charter, members have to be current on their dues in order to vote on topics presented at the PTO meeting. Since this will be our first meeting of 2011, that means people who want to vote will need to bring their $1 membership dues.   • We've Gone Google! Thanks to some annoyances from the previous website host (register.com), the Menlo PTO website has "gone google", we are now running on Gmail, Google Sites, Google Calendars, and should be back to 100% functionality. This transition also allowed us to receive a cash refund of $150.We should be able to do a good bit of stuff with this website in the future. It should also make transitioning to future PTO officers fairly easy. If you want to add anything to the calendar, website, or our facebook page, just drop us an email at comments@menlopto.com, thanks!
